20 minutes of Super Sweaty HIIT Full Body Cardio Workout!
Are you ready for workout? Let's burn calories together! You don't need any equipment — it's just you against yourself! 🔥💦
We perform each exercise for 50 seconds, with 10 seconds to prepare for the next one. There are two rounds of 10 exercises, with a warm-up at the beginning and a stretch at the end.
If you feel tired, you can pause during an exercise. Remember that we are all different, so work out at your own pace and take breaks if necessary — you can make this your own workout!
Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 seconds.
